This was a great push for me to finally look for a VA, and even to strip off some overly burdensome data tracking that wasn't actually helping my business. I have a filter now: Does it need to be done? No - stop it! Yes - does it need to be done by ME? There's a lot in my business right now that only I can do, because of time and money, but I have selected a few tasks that would really push the needle forward on my business but don't require my specific skillset and knowledge.
