Thanks to ‘Polly’ for sharing this letter and to Sara and Jen to normalize all the stuff. I like the fact that you take into account her struggles but also open to a larger and compassionate view.

As a neurodivergent creative with ASD/ADHD and writing about it, I can also say that the more we’re able to master our energy and our flow in « easy » times, the more we will stay centered and self-loving when in trouble. My two cents : Get to know intimately your creative process and your body. Consider your process+body as a whole real person and take care of it, one step at a time.
