Thankyou for this episode Jen and Sara, this episode has given me the permission I need to step away from creating grid posts and reels for Instagram. My people are searching for me via Google, Pinterest and Facebook - so this is where I'll be focusing my attention for now on.

I didn't want to just stop posting on Instagram because then people might think my business has closed. So I have made a 12 image split post for my Instagram that will focus as an 'I'm no longer here so here is where to find me and here are all the resources you may need to help you' signpost.

In case this idea appeals to anyone else I have made images that point to my lead magnets, images that point to my shop, images that point to my Facebook group, images that share useful sources of tips and inspo. I then put them together in Canva so they flow and have some overlaying images between the photos so they are clearly one whole piece once all posted, and then I found an image splitter tool so I can post them during the next week. Once they are all posted by next Tuesday I'll be free to move my attention to the places that actually move the needle without any guilt

Thank you both for answering my question! Jen knows all about the behind the scenes of what I'm working on but really appreciate hearing your thoughts Sara!
